Return Policy

At Timeless Bundles, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, we are here to help. Please read our return policy carefully to understand your options and our procedures.

 

Returns

You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, with tags attached or packaging intact.

Shipping

The return fee for shipping is $8. Please follow the instructions for the return process in accounts in order to receive a shipping label. Please include the packing slip within the package, as well as affixing the shipping label and package securely.

Non-Returnable Items

The following goods are exempt from being returned:

• Final sale items
• Gift cards
• Items that have been used, washed, or have had tags removed

Return Process

To start a return, sign into your account. For questions on your return, please contact us at contact@timelessbundles.com with your order number and the reason for your return. We will provide you with further instructions on how to return your item.

Refunds

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. The time it takes for the refund to process and post to your account may vary depending on your payment provider.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, contact us at contact@timelessbundles.com with your order number, description of damage, and a photo of the defect. We will follow up with further instructions.
